Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations and physical assets of the property under the direction of the Regional Property Supervisor and/or Property Manager. This role involves performing various hands-on maintenance tasks, including HVAC troubleshooting, electrical and plumbing repairs, and pool maintenance, while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The position requires completing service requests and work orders to keep the property in optimal condition.
