Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and make-ready operations at a Class C multifamily community of 200+ units, including workforce and Section 8 housing. This role performs skilled trade work across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry while maintaining accurate records in Yardi Voyager 8. The position requires close collaboration with management and an engaged ownership group to ensure timely unit turns and excellent resident service.
