This role is directly responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the property, ensuring apartments are rent-ready and maintaining grounds under the direction of the Facilities Manager. The position involves completing work order requests, performing preventative and routine maintenance, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and vendors. The Maintenance Technician also handles custodial work, safety precautions, and on-call emergency duties.
