Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the community remains in excellent condition by performing maintenance repairs, preventative maintenance, and supporting the overall appearance and functionality of the property. This role involves diagnosing and repairing issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems while preparing vacant apartments for new residents. The position requires conducting routine inspections, maintaining community curb appeal, and providing exceptional customer service to residents and team members.
