Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative and routine service requests, including apartment turns, in accordance with multifamily and assisted living housing industry standards. This role provides exceptional customer service to residents, assists on-site vendors, and supports the Facilities Director and site leadership team. The position ensures the proper operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems while maintaining OSHA compliance and safety regulations.
