Maintenance Technician

This role involves performing preventative maintenance and completing service requests for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems to ensure timely resolution of resident issues. The position requires participating in an after-hours on-call rotation to address emergencies and performing unit turns for vacant apartments. The ideal candidate will have technical training and at least two years of maintenance experience.
