Maintenance Technician

This role involves assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with preventative maintenance scheduling and record-keeping while providing excellent customer service for maintenance requests. The position requires troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment, appliances, and completing various maintenance tasks such as drywall, plumbing, and electrical work. The employee must be willing to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to handle emergency service requests and property disasters.
