Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the facility and ensuring the physical assets of machines and equipment on the plant floor are kept in optimal condition. This role focuses on maximizing production efficiency and minimizing downtime across all shifts while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and regulatory requirements. The position involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and coordinating with contractors and production teams to maintain safety and operational standards.
