Maintenance Technician

This role is responsible for performing necessary building and equipment repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, refrigeration, heating, and cooling, while maintaining sanitation and safety standards. The position involves conducting preventive maintenance on all facility equipment, managing grounds maintenance, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and universal precautions. The individual will also supervise outside contractors, assist with emergency drills, and provide excellent customer service to residents and their families.
