Maintenance Technician

This role is responsible for maintaining buildings, property, and routine maintenance on machinery and equipment, including cleaning, repairing, and operating heating systems and air compressors. The position requires performing scheduled preventive maintenance, utilizing a CMMS program, and ensuring compliance with factory safety and environmental procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills and be available for overtime work, including snow removal.
