Maintenance Technician

The Building Maintenance Technician is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Director of Facilities, responsible for providing competent service to the Colorado Christian University community. The role involves performing various maintenance, construction, and repair tasks to ensure a safe and beautiful campus environment. The position requires coordinating with customers, managing work orders, and serving as an immediate response contact on a rotating basis.
