Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders, repairs, renovations, unit turnovers, and on-call emergencies to ensure the community is well maintained and operating efficiently. This position supports the Lead Maintenance Technician and Community Manager in carrying out maintenance programs, policies, procedures, and preventive maintenance initiatives. The role involves responding to resident requests, performing routine preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and fair housing regulations.
