Maintenance Technician

This role is responsible for the inspection, mechanical repair, and preventative maintenance of facilities, assets, and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment. The position involves performing building inspections, basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work, as well as managing emergency protocols and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will maintain facility grounds, handle waste disposal, and collaborate with contractors to ensure timely completion of contracted work.
