Maintenance Technician

This night shift Maintenance Technician position is responsible for maintaining production equipment to ensure 85% or better availability within the assigned area. The role involves optimizing running lines, preventing breakdowns through proactive maintenance practices, and serving as a resource to educate production staff on best practices. Technicians will collaborate with maintenance planning, production associates, and supervisors to resolve quality issues and support production scheduling requirements.
