Maintenance Technician

This Maintenance Technician role supports the manufacturing team by assisting the Maintenance and/or Engineering Manager in ensuring the proper upkeep of equipment, machinery, and the facility. The position involves performing various maintenance tasks to maintain a safe, clean, and productive working environment while contributing to shift operations and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires leading maintenance personnel, training mechanics, and responding to emergency call-ins as needed. The position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and requires a review of criminal history due to access to proprietary information and valuable items.
