Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician responds to guest repair requests and communicates with customers to resolve maintenance issues. The role involves performing preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, visually inspecting machinery, and identifying utility shut-offs. The position requires maintaining maintenance inventory, communicating daily activities, and displaying knowledge in various technical categories. The technician also performs surface preparation, painting, minor repairs, and tests and troubleshoots equipment. The role requires following company and safety policies, ensuring professional appearance, and maintaining positive working relationships. The technician must be able to move and lift objects, use computers, and perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
