Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, including work orders, unit turns, and maintaining grounds and amenities to preserve the property asset. This role involves responding to resident requests, preparing vacant units, and conducting regular inspections to ensure a quality living environment. The position reports to the Community Manager, General Operations Manager, or Maintenance Supervisor.
