Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician maintains the physical infrastructure, equipment, and grounds of a Skilled Nursing Facility to ensure a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems, as well as conducting regular inspections to address safety hazards and ensure regulatory compliance. The technician also manages inventory, coordinates with vendors, and provides support to residents and staff regarding maintenance needs.
