Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician at Bluestone is responsible for completing maintenance work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and executing vacant unit turns at multi-family and/or mixed-use properties. This role ensures all equipment, fixtures, appliances, and amenities operate satisfactorily while maintaining properties in top condition. The position involves troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliances, as well as interacting positively with residents and managing vendor schedules.
