Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the property remains in good working order and maintains excellent curb appeal while providing superior customer service to residents. The role involves diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues across apartment homes, exterior areas, and common spaces, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and pool systems.
