The Maintenance Technician at Flaherty & Collins Properties is responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure property systems and equipment are in excellent working condition. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems, as well as addressing resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
