Maintenance Technician

PMP is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide on-site facility maintenance services and coordinate property care with approved vendors at the 8899 Beverly Association in West Hollywood, CA. The role involves performing minor electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry maintenance while ensuring excellent customer service for residents and supporting the management company and Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive demeanor, and the ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
