Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Manager in maintaining the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role involves performing basic and advanced repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems, as well as handling painting, flooring, and custodial duties. The technician must provide exceptional customer service, respond to work orders promptly, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
