ACHIEVE
The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of maintenance, repair, and improvement projects across residential homes and agency facilities. This hands-on role is responsible for completing preventive and corrective maintenance safely and efficiently, including carpentry, drywall, basic electrical and plumbing work, appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting, painting, and grounds maintenance. The position requires responding to work orders efficiently, prioritizing emergency requests, and maintaining buildings and grounds in accordance with established standards.
