Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for all maintenance activities within the JBQ plant, ensuring the highest standards of shift performance and maintenance while maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment across various areas, including the RAW, Smoke House, and RTE sections. The technician must also maintain documentation, support new equipment installations, and adhere to all safety and food safety guidelines.
