Maintenance Technician

The Cypress of Raleigh Club, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance functions across the community, including preventive maintenance, routine servicing, repairs, and modifications of building and grounds components. The role requires working under supervisor direction to maintain high standards in a team-oriented environment focused on member satisfaction. Candidates must have a high school education, technical schooling or background preferred, and at least one year of maintenance experience.
