The Production Maintenance Technician is responsible for production-related maintenance at Beecher's Handmade Cheese, including equipment maintenance, repairs, task scheduling, training, and documentation. The role collaborates with production employees to achieve sustained, consistent, and efficient equipment reliability and organization. The position reports to the Production Supervisor and ensures compliance with food safety, regulatory, and safety requirements.
