Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician – Lead performs advanced maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance of building systems and equipment while providing day-to-day leadership and coordination of maintenance activities. This role supports the Facility Manager in overseeing vendor work, coordinating system shutdowns, and ensuring building operations, life safety systems, and mechanical infrastructure function safely and efficiently. The Lead Technician serves as a working leader, distributing tasks, supporting vendor workflow, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across departments.
