About this role

The Maintenance Technician/Electrician is responsible for maintaining the facility with a focus on electrical power and emergency power systems, performing preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on critical building and data center equipment. The role includes on‑call rotation for 24/7 support, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, and ensuring all work complies with NEC and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems
Perform preventive maintenance on generators and UPS systems
Monitor and program Trane Energy Management System for lighting and HVAC
Oversee third‑party contractor electrical installations ensuring NEC compliance
Participate in 24/7 on‑call rotation for building emergency power support
