Maintenance Training Instructor

The Maintenance Training Instructor is responsible for practically training Aircraft Maintenance Technicians in an informal setting, covering aircraft systems, procedures, maintenance paperwork, and test equipment. The role involves teaching practical material in both formal classroom and production floor environments, as well as conducting recurrent and on-the-job training for company and vendor personnel. This position also requires researching, developing, and revising curriculum while maintaining training records and promoting a safety-oriented attitude throughout the organization.
