Maintenance Worker II

The Maintenance Worker II is responsible for maintaining and upkeeping Luther Ridge buildings, grounds, and equipment. The role involves performing repairs on facility equipment and systems, as well as maintaining and repairing physical plant elements like sheetrock, taping, and painting. The position also includes assisting with preventative maintenance programs and providing support for room renovations and snow removal as needed.
