The Maintenance Worker is responsible for regular preventative maintenance of large industrial textile processing equipment and facility maintenance. This position assists the Maintenance Technician and/or Chief Engineer and reports directly to the Chief Engineer. The role involves performing basic maintenance duties, troubleshooting limited electrical issues, and ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently. The Maintenance Worker also looks for opportunities to improve maintenance processes and collaborates with all plant personnel in a professional manner.
