Maintenance

This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of property buildings, common areas, and grounds, including cleaning hallways, restrooms, and vacant units. The position requires performing minor repairs, handling snow and ice removal during winter months, and ensuring all areas are safe and organized. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial or grounds work and be able to operate janitorial equipment safely.
