Maintenance

This role is responsible for the daily upkeep of property buildings, including cleaning common areas, restrooms, and vacant units. The position also involves performing minor repairs, maintaining grounds, and ensuring janitorial equipment is kept in safe and operable condition. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial or grounds work and be able to perform light maintenance tasks.
