Maintenance

This role involves performing high-quality painting for apartment turnovers and common areas while completing service requests promptly and professionally. The position requires assisting with basic maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs, as well as conducting daily inspections of community amenities. Team members will also support seasonal tasks like irrigation and pool upkeep while communicating effectively with residents and colleagues.
