Maintenance

This hourly position is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing plant mechanical equipment and electrical systems at the Effingham, IL production facility. The role involves performing preventative and emergency maintenance, installing new equipment, and conducting regular inspections to ensure operational efficiency. The Maintenance Technician will also manage maintenance records, document time and parts used, and promote the company's core values.
