Maintenance/Custodial

This role involves conducting maintenance checks and services on various school systems, including boilers, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. The position requires coordinating with custodial and building staff to ensure efficient operations and maintaining an inventory of supplies. The incumbent is also responsible for training custodial staff, inspecting life safety systems, and performing snow removal activities.
