Major Accounts

This role is responsible for the daily account servicing activities of clients, including managing new and renewal business processes. The position serves as a procedural and technical resource for the Service Team, focusing on business retention, account rounding, and client meetings. It involves overseeing renewal submissions, negotiating terms with carriers, and managing account receivables. The role also includes training and guiding team members while ensuring accuracy in agency management systems.
