Major Gifts Director

The Major Gifts Director plans, develops, and manages the Major Gifts Department within the Development Department, focusing on coordinating major funding from individuals and securing new funding opportunities for Army programs. This role involves cultivating and stewarding major gift prospects, managing a portfolio of existing donors, and collaborating with the Director of Development to create comprehensive development plans. The position also supports command-wide events and activities to achieve aggressive revenue goals.
