Major Gifts Officer

Hubbard House seeks an experienced Major Gifts Officer to manage a portfolio of individual donors and prospects, building relationships through identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. The role involves working with staff leadership and the development team to strengthen donor engagement, increase philanthropic support, and develop individualized donor strategies to meet revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of fundraising experience, with a demonstrated success in securing major gifts and managing donor relationships.
