Major Gifts Officer

The Major Gifts Officer will manage a portfolio of 100 to 125 donors and prospects, focusing on six western states to grow a $1+ million portfolio to $2-3 million within three to four years. This role involves cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding six and seven-figure gifts while deepening local and national impact through conservation and engagement opportunities. The position requires a remote professional with a strong track record in major gifts fundraising to support Trout Unlimited's mission of river and stream conservation.
