Major Gifts Officer

The Major Gifts Officer identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards individual, family, and institutional donors to secure significant philanthropic investments for the Indianapolis Foundation's mission and strategic priorities. Reporting to the Chief Development and Partnerships Officer, the role advances the Foundation's Equity Imperative 2030 and GIFT IX initiatives by managing a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors. The position serves as a trusted philanthropic advisor, connecting donor interests with opportunities to create meaningful community impact and address systemic inequities.
