Major Shutdown Planner

The Major Shutdown Planner coordinates mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical maintenance activities during major shutdowns across all surface process areas. This role involves resource management, schedule development using Gantt charts, and ensuring equipment availability in collaboration with Operations and Metallurgy teams. The incumbent also manages backlog control, monitors KPIs, and adheres to strict health, safety, and environmental regulations within a heavy industrial mining context.
