The Major Works Estimator will prepare detailed cost estimates for large domestic and commercial repair projects, reviewing scopes, conducting site inspections, and coordinating with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure commercially sound and competitive pricing. The role supports project delivery through cost tracking, risk identification, and variation management.
