Make Ready Technician / Painter

This role involves preparing luxury high-rise apartment homes for new residents by performing light repairs, maintenance, and final touch-ups to ensure units are clean and move-in ready. The position requires inspecting vacated apartments, completing make-ready checklists, and handling various maintenance tasks including painting, drywall repairs, and basic electrical or plumbing work. The ideal candidate will have experience in apartment maintenance and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
