About this role
A Make Ready Tech at NRP is a member of the on-site property maintenance team supporting apartment turnover and overall property presentation. The role contributes to maintaining apartment quality and curb appeal across NRP’s multifamily communities and reports to the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. This position is part of NRP’s property management operations within a national multifamily development and management company.
