Make Ready Technician

The Make Ready Technician works with the Community Service Manager to ensure community safety, appearance, and operational standards by responding to resident maintenance requests, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs within quality and time guidelines. The role requires hands‑on maintenance experience, strong problem‑solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers.
