Make-Ready Technician

The Make-Ready Technician prepares vacant apartment homes for new residents by completing maintenance, repairs, and cosmetic improvements to ensure they are move-in ready on schedule. This role works closely with the Maintenance and Property Management teams to maintain company quality and safety standards while supporting ongoing property upkeep. The position serves as a pathway to the Maintenance Technician role for employees demonstrating strong performance and technical knowledge.
