Make Ready Technician

The Make Ready Technician is responsible for completing make-ready tasks within established timeframes to minimize vacancy loss, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring units meet ZRS standards prior to move-in. The role involves conducting thorough inspections, coordinating with maintenance staff, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance tasks and supplies. The technician must adhere to safety regulations, provide excellent customer service, and comply with Fair Housing requirements.
