Make Ready

The Make Ready position involves performing necessary repairs and preventive maintenance to preserve buildings, equipment, and site at peak operational and appearance levels. The role includes direct repairs or replacements of mechanical and structural systems, as well as supporting resident commitments and maintaining community cleanliness. This full-time position requires a team player with prior apartment maintenance experience to ensure the property remains safe and well-maintained.
